**Inter Milan: Playing Time ofarella**

The Italian Serie A club Inter Milan has announced the signing of midfielder Marco Mazzuca from Serie B side Napoli, with a contract extension until the end of the season.

Mazzuca is a versatile player who can play as a striker or as a left winger, and he has been a regular in Napoli's attacking midfield since joining the club from Serie B outfit Napoli in January 2019.

The 26-year-old Brazilian international signed a new three-year deal with the Serie A giants, which includes an option for an extra year at the end of his current contract.

"I'm really excited to join Inter, I've always wanted to play in Italy," said Mazzuca during the announcement ceremony. "I have played in Serie B before but this is my first step into the league."

Napoli president Gianni Infantino praised Mazzuca's skills and experience, saying that he was a natural fit for the team and would bring valuable experience and leadership qualities to the squad.

"Marco is a great player who brings so much energy and creativity to our team," Infantino said. "He will be a key player for us and we're very happy to sign him."

Mazzuca has already impressed on the pitch with his performances for Napoli, scoring five goals in his debut campaign and adding another two in his subsequent appearances. He also had a standout performance in the Champions League last season, where he scored four goals in nine matches.

However, there were concerns about Mazzuca's fitness levels ahead of the start of the season, but Infantino insisted that he would be available for the opening match against Sassuolo on August 18th.

"The player is fully recovered and ready to go," Infantino said. "We want to give him every chance to show what he can do, so let's see how he performs."
